A 37-year-old wished to address her micromastia and breast asymmetry with fat grafting. She also requested abdominal contouring. After photos show 4 months post surgery from a drainless tummy tuck with liposuction of bilateral trunk and abdomen, plus bilateral fat grafting to the breasts. Her left breast received 360ml and her right breast received 290mL of her own body fat.
