This 44 year old patient felt her breasts sagged after breastfeeding and wished to have excess skin and adipose tissue removed following a gastric bypass. She is shown 6 months after a drainless tummy tuck and breast augmentation with mastopexy (breast lift), using 295 cc Allergan saline implants.
